A plain-language overview of all the personal data Pinet processes on this website, for both companies, and of your rights.
This policy explains, in plain language, how personal data is handled on pinet.com.tr. It complements the KVKK notice, the cookie policy, the UK GDPR page and the candidate privacy notice.

The website is run by Pinet Bilişim Anonim Şirketi in Türkiye (MERSİS 0730040581700001). Our company in the United Kingdom is Pinet Technology Ltd, registered in England and Wales under number 17199802. What we collect
- What you tell us: the contact form (name, e-mail, phone, company, subject and message) and job or internship applications (see the candidate notice).
- What your browser tells us: IP address, pages requested, date and time and browser information, in server logs.
- Cookies: when analytics is switched on, the choice you make in the cookie banner and, only if you accept, analytics cookies. See the cookie policy.
We do not use advertising cookies, we do not profile visitors and we do not sell data.
Why we use it
To answer your messages, to consider your application, to keep the website secure and working, and, with your consent, to understand how the website is used so we can improve it.
Who sees it
Our staff who need it for these purposes; service providers that host the website and run our e-mail, under contract; Pinet Technology Ltd, our company in the United Kingdom, for data about people in the United Kingdom; Google, if you accept analytics cookies; and public authorities when the law requires.
Transfers abroad
The website and its database are operated in Türkiye. Pinet Technology Ltd is in the United Kingdom, so data about people in the United Kingdom may be exchanged between our two companies. If you accept analytics cookies, data about your use is sent to Google. We transfer personal data abroad only where the law allows it.
How long we keep it
Contact messages for two years. Cookie consent records for three years. Applications have no fixed end date and are deleted whenever the candidate asks, as the candidate notice explains. Server logs only as long as security and operation require.
How we protect it
The website uses HTTPS, access to the admin area is limited to named staff with strong passwords, changes are recorded in a log, and the website sets security headers and loads no third-party code before you consent. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
Your rights
You may ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, a copy, and you may object to processing. In Türkiye the rights are those of KVKK article 11; in the United Kingdom, those of the UK GDPR. How to use them: KVKK application or the UK GDPR page.
Children
The website is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has sent us data, write to us and we will delete it.
