What we ask for
The application form does not take files. It asks for: your name, e-mail, phone and city; when you can start; links to your professional profiles, if you give them; your education; for an internship, your year of study, the type of internship and your dates; your work experience; your skills, languages and certificates; your answers to our questions; and how you heard about us. We also store the language of the page, your IP address, the date, and the version of this notice.
We do not ask for your date of birth, gender, marital status, military-service status, photo, identity number or salary history, and ask you not to include them in your answers.
Why we use it
To evaluate your application, to contact you about it, to keep a record of our hiring decisions, and, only if you tick the separate optional box, to contact you about other positions that match your application.
Legal basis
Taking steps at your request before a possible employment or internship agreement (KVKK art. 5/2-c); our legitimate interest in keeping a record of applications (5/2-f); your explicit consent for contacting you about other positions (5/1), which you can withdraw at any time.
Who sees your application
The people who take part in hiring at Pinet, and the service providers that run our systems and e-mail, under confidentiality. We do not give applications to other companies.
How long we keep it
We keep applications without a fixed end date: the company has decided not to delete them automatically. We keep an application for as long as it may be useful, so that we can come back to a candidate when a suitable position opens and so that we can show how a decision was made. We delete your application free of charge whenever you ask, and tell you when it is done: write to [email protected]. If we later set a fixed period, this notice will say so before it applies.
Your rights
You have the rights of KVKK article 11, including asking for correction and deletion. See the application page. For candidates in the United Kingdom, see the UK GDPR page.
