Meet2Be

A platform for planning, running and analysing events

Meet2Be covers registration and ticketing, live audience engagement, stage and screen control and post-event analytics for congresses, hybrid and online events, corporate summits and academic symposiums.

What Meet2Be is

Meet2Be is a platform for planning, running and analysing events. It is built for organisers of congresses, hybrid and online events, corporate summits and academic symposiums who want registration, the programme, the stage and the audience in one place.

Event formats Meet2Be is built for

  • Congresses and conferences: multi-track programmes, abstract management, concurrent sessions, sponsor visuals and control of the stage screens.
  • Hybrid and online events: in-person and remote attendees in one programme, with live Q&A, surveys and keypad voting.
  • Corporate summits: all-hands and leadership meetings and product launches, with the engagement tools built in.
  • Academic symposiums: abstract submission and peer review, debate sessions, certificates and CME credits.

How an event runs in Meet2Be

  1. Create. The organiser sets up the halls, programmes and sessions, chooses the modules and uploads the speakers and their documents from one dashboard.
  2. Engage. Attendees download the mobile app, for iOS and Android, and join by scanning the event’s QR code. They do not register again and do not create a separate account.
  3. Analyse. The organiser sees engagement, session attendance, the Q&A log and satisfaction scores in one report that can be exported.

The modules

  • Live Q&A: attendees send questions from the app to the stage, and a moderator decides which of them reach the screen.
  • Keypad voting: the audience votes during a session and the result is shown live on stage.
  • Surveys: structured feedback with several types of question, one submission per attendee and responses that can be exported.
  • Live debate: teams present, the audience votes in real time and the moderator reveals the result.
  • Screen management and the operator board: one control panel for slides, timers, Q&A overlays and sponsor visuals on the stage screens.
  • Event website: a branded website with the agenda, the speakers and registration.
  • Simultaneous translation: live interpretation streamed to attendees in their own language.
  • Abstract management: submission, peer review and an editorial workflow.
  • Multi-hall dashboard: the halls of one event side by side, each with its own stage screen and question queue.
  • Mobile app: the programme of the event on the attendee’s phone, which also works offline.

Who Meet2Be is for

Meet2Be is for the people who organise events, not for the people who attend them: event agencies, associations, universities, companies and congress organisers. If you run an event that has a programme, a stage and an audience that you want to hear from, it is built for you.

Built by Pinet

Meet2Be is developed and maintained by Pinet in Ankara. Our software development team also builds integrations, so Meet2Be can work with the systems you already use.
