Careers at Pinet: build secure software in Ankara

Open positions, an internship programme and a way to introduce yourself when nothing fits yet.

Why work at Pinet

Pinet is a software, cybersecurity and IT services company in Ankara, at Gazi Teknopark. Our people build software, test and harden other organisations’ systems, and deploy and support infrastructure. You work close to real systems and to engineers from more than one discipline, so you learn how things are built, how they break and how they are fixed.

How we work

We write down decisions, review each other’s work and explain risk plainly. We would rather say what we do not know than guess. We build software that has to be maintained, and we handle security as part of the work, not as an extra at the end.

How we hire

  1. You apply. The application has seven short steps and asks for what a CV would contain, in fields our team can compare. There is no CV to upload.
  2. We read it. The people involved in hiring read your application.
  3. We talk. We invite you to a conversation about the work and about you.
  4. We decide. The hiring team decides and gets in touch with you.

We ask only what we need: no date of birth, gender, marital status, military-service status, photo, identity number or salary history.

Open positions

Each position lists what the work is, what we look for and what we offer.

No positions are open right now

You can still introduce yourself. We read every open application when a position opens.

Internship programme

For students who want to learn how software and security work are done in a real team.

Who can apply

Students at a university or a vocational school who want to learn software development, cybersecurity or IT services in a real team. You can apply from your first year to your last, and as a graduate student.

Compulsory and voluntary internships

  • Compulsory internships are part of your programme. They follow your university’s rules for the number of working days and the period; tell us the numbers in the application.
  • Voluntary internships are not part of your programme. Tell us when you are available and for how long.

Periods

We take interns when a team can look after them, in the periods you name in your application. Tell us the earliest date you can start and the last date you can work.

How to apply

Choose the internship application. It has the same seven steps as every application, with one extra block for your year of study, the type of internship and your dates. A member of the team contacts you if your period and our teams fit.
